One step forward two steps backwards

One of the pilot jets is stuck fast in the carb, i cleaned it in the ultrasonic bath anyway, stuck it in the freezer, but no luck

NRP do pilot jets for around £5

Before dissasembly i noticed the choke on each carb was very stiff

On reassembly i cant find a spring, i cant remember if it was ever there, i normally assemble these parts dry, but im going to use the smallest amount of light oil on choke piston.

Have a found another complete set of carbs and a complete set of front calipers, master cylinder with braided hoses, a week of negotiation ahead

If i can get these parts together in the next week that would be great, after that we are on holiday in France for three weeks, so no progress on bike

Cheers

CBR1100XX front brake master cylinder is just black version and same spec.
CBR750 master cylinder has brass color.

My CBR750 has black blackbird master cylinder. Because original one has non translucent level window.
