Hi to all. Just a quick introduction as a new member. I aquired a 1987 Hurricane a coiple of days ago. Fantastic condition having been owned by a retired engineer. 28000 miles and almost every bearing, bush, chain and sprockets, exhaust and brake discs and pads are brand new.
Looking forward to mant happy miles on the bike. Will post some pics up later.
Cheers all

Hi Ryan and welcome, what a find.
Most Hurricanes are in dire need of help when introduced here, yours must be the exception, I'm curious to see the pictures!
Could you give a hint where you are located in the world, brings things better in perspective, the most active members at the moment are located in England, or better, the UK, Australia, New Zealand and The Netherlands.

CBR750 is a great bike loads of useable power and nice predictable handling and will hold its own next to many a modern bike.

Hi Ryan, that's indeed a good find! We've seen so many bikes being stripped, it's good to see there's still real 'gems' to be found :)
Gear up and start riding now, biking is fun and a horse aint no cow.
