Just an update guys, I've got the hugger and front mudguard back, my

mate's getting the tyres refitted tomorrow or Friday, then I've got

to wait a couple more days, then I can fit them all back on. Bout bloody

time.

Mine must be over two months now, cos the Mot ran out on the 20th Jan and it

was off the road b4 the mot expired.
Gpz is done, overhauled the seized

anti-dive units, replaced the fork seals and upper bushes and its like a new

bike - but it's still not my baby - Jo says there is a big improvement

too.
Last week I bought another gpz600 with a seized engine for spares

so I'm gonna be busy! :o It's got a proper replacement twin headlamp

fairing which will look superb, so that's the next major project once

mine is back on the road :)
At least with that the bike will be usable

while the fairings are being sprayed as we now have a spare set.
 Have

another project now, I bought myself a little Suzuki 4x4 - 1 litre SJ model -

which has a slightly rusty body, but with Mot and tax for the wintry weather

(it tried snowing today). The problem is it's a soft top, so where I

would undoubtedly have used the bike I now have the dilemma of whether I use

the convertible off roader or let Jo use it while I'm at work! :-\

/>Think the bike will win out - the jeep hasn't got horny brakes and sexy

wheels! Yea baby! 8)

haha,

you're quite busy Iain  ;D
Hood off could be nice indeed, especially

in the summer when you AND the family have to go somewhere.
Good thing

you have a spare GPZ now. It IS fun, playing mechanic isn't it?  :D

/>
I'm off to a lan-party now, this is my last message for three

days.
Will check back on sundayevening or else mondayevening.
Cheers

!

Trouble is, I now have even more projects and no extra time to get things

done.
The jeep isn't big enough for us all in one go, so we'll

have to take it in turns! That means twice as much driving for me ;D

... and here's the other side with the disc fitted!

8)

The rear wheel had to go back cos the

knob at the tyre centre fitted the tyre on the wrong way round ::)
He

then managed to scratch the rim taking the tyre off again  >:(
If

he'd got it right the first time , he wouldn't have marked it.

/>
Therefore I still haven't got my bike out the shed yet :(

Tinkering is all I can do at the moment, I'm still having trouble with

my back, and I got given a shed today, which I will hopefully be making into a

new home for the bikes. So I now have another project! ;D
