Since prior discussion, I conducted several research. So I find out this. With some investment, you can make your mirror extender by yourself. For RC27, you might purchase it from me.

1 Extender bolt
You need extender bolts. See photo #1. For RC27, you need M6 spec. If your MC has bigger mounting bolt, you should consider long nuts. M6 is the largest extender bolt which I could find.

2  Measure your mirror's attachment surface
RC27 has curvy shape. I measured it by grid paper.

3  Making 3D CAD data
Autodesk Fusion 360 must be the best choice for hobbyist and small business. You can use this software at free.
However, you need a decent computer. Mem should be  4GB at least. CPU should be dual core and 2GHz at least.
And it needs Windows7(64bit) or later, or Mac-OS(Lion or later)

First, you have to draw attachment surface sketch by using 3 point arc.
This part is very time consuming.

4 Making prototype by 3D printer
Obviously you need a 3D printer which can form ABS plastic. Some cheap 3D printers can form PLA plastic only.
But PLA is not good for mirror extender.

5  Adjust prototype
Most critical point may be hole's location and dimension. You may need to adjust it by going back to step 3.

6 Installation to your MC
For antivibration, I recommend to insert thin rubber sheet between the extender and the MC body.

I am doing step 4 now.

Excellent, you have been busy! You prefer the modern approach by using 3D printing, I' m curious if the result is satisfactory, you do realize the part must be strong enough to withstand the forces of wind, bumps etcetera?

If I correctly form a CBR mirror extender, there would be no problem regarding durability. ABS plastic is rock solid.

I am making 28.5mm thick white ABS mirror extender. The two big problems are, too long printing time and low yield rate. The printing needs over 10 hours. And ABS is difficult than PLA.

I really doubt how many survival RC27 riders in this forum today.
But if you are interested, please tell me your preferred color, thickness and your location by PM.
There are three options for thickness.  23.5,28.5 and 33.5mm.
I will tell you about delivery cost to your location with/without insurance.

Well, I hope it works out allright, do show the endproduct here when you get it done.
Sorry, I don't need extenders, but if I did I think I'd rather make them by hand, it would be faster and cheaper, in my opinion winkywinky

Looks good, as if Honda made them in the factory!
What would the price be? (Postage to Holland would be substantial  i'm afraid
)

Delivery cost to most of EU countries is about US$6 or $7. This has trucking # but no insurance.
The product detail will be announced later.
But its price tag would be moderate, in other words, not cheap. Because generic extender bolt does not have enough thread length for RC27. So I have to purchase specially ordered extender bolts. It is expensive.

According to the member list, this forum has more than 5100 registered users.
As we know, CBR750 is basically JDM. Just quite few were exported by private importers. So this number is quite impressive!
Unfortunately 99% are now dead. In other words, inactive users.

 Even some of 1% don't have CBR750.
So likelihood, no sale at the end of this year. One sale is lucky. Two is outstanding!

True, there are just a  few members active on the forum, but every time i log in there are lots of guests visiting, possibly for information, manuals or even just interest in the bike in question. Even when only 10% of those guests really has a cbr750, the forum has a reason for existance!

I made miss calculation. One page of the member list has 30 registered users. The member list has 18 pages. 18th page has two users.
So this forum has 512 registered users. Probably Blackbird forum may have 5100 users.

Therefore '99% are dead' is not right. '90% are dead' may be more correct description.

There are many more XXBlackbirds than 750Hurricanes, so that is no surprise.
Even now there are 17 visitors on here, so i think more people outside this forum will see your offer about mirror extenders than you think.
You may have to drop the condition of ' being a member'   winky5a

Oh and you don't need to count the members, forum statistics with all numbers are on the index page at the bottom, number of posts/topics/members/guests, all there!

According to the statistics, this forum had 58 online users on Apr 5,2017.
It is hard to believe statistics.
I don't remember what happened in CBR750 world on Apr 5,2017.

Users does not mean members only, that is guests/visitors, possibly from all over the world.
And as you probably noticed, i advertise this site where ever i can, for example when there are questions asked on the Hurricane account on Facebook i always  mention this site as the place to get more knowledge!
